Goodbye 2014. You’ve probably been the best year of my life. You were full of blessings, hardships, traveling, new friends, spiritual growth, memories, and moments. From January onward, 2014 was the best year of my life so far. Dear Lord, thank You for this past year. Even through the trials, I can still say it was a tremendously blessed year and I’m sad to see it go. But I know You have a plan for my life this next year, in 2015. Your plans are better than my goals, desires, and aspirations; for that I am so grateful.

Wow, 2014 was truly an amazing year. God provided every one of my needs and that’s something to be thankful for. Through the hard times and the great times, God was and always is faithful. I can say that even through the hard lesson of trusting the Lord in everything, I was still blessed. James 1:1-2 says, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” Trials are a joy and something to be thankful for!
Thank you Lord, for 2014. And even though I don’t know what 2015 will hold, thank you for another year to live. Thank you for giving me life. Life is beautiful because You created it! Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.”
Happy New Year!
